Olive Oil 

We are strongly connected to olive trees as most farmers in Crete. No matter what else we may do (public sector, hoteliers etc) most of us we own a plot of land planted with olive trees from which they produce their very own olive oil. 

Therefore our main cultivation still is olive trees for oil producing. Having upgrade our cultivation tactics we are proudly raising efficiency and product volume almost by 30% each year (with allowing climate conditions). We improved our quality dramatically reaching low levels of acidity and producing pure virgin olive oil.

Escargot (SNAILS)

In Crete Escargots or snails (or Chochlioi as they are called in local idiom) are a sought after delicacy. They contain high levels of pure protein and they are very tasty too. So in the development of our new farm we have added snail cultivation in an effort to promote sustainable farming, recycling to feed the snails clippings of dragon fruits (that snails find really tasty and try to eat them anyway…) and other green leaves from our products. Snails due to their reproduction cycle may not be available in stock year round (we do not stock our products, we only sell fresh and right from the farm). Glamping

As we already were dealing with touristic operations we transformed into a thematic operation offering accommodation within the farm either in a large tent where you can be directly within the farm among the olive trees, or in an apartment located within the property yet adjacent to the farm where you can be of course in a few steps distance (no more than 10 meters). In both accommodations you can enjoy relaxation, nature, and not part your communications (wifi signal always available, power, etc).
